Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, the following terms and conditions apply to all of the websites ("The Website") that I ("The Seller") provide for you the ("The Buyer"):

1. The Website's specification is per the description on https://www.affordablewebsites.co.uk at the date of purchase. The purchase date is the date upon which payment is made from the Seller to the Buyer.

2. This package includes The Website's setup, one year's web hosting, a UK domain name (if required) and e-mail addresses.

3. Payment must be made by the Buyer to the Seller before the Seller will commence work.

4. The Sellers liability is limited to a refund - no additional liability arises from loss of work due to any failure of The Website, services provided, search engine performance or any other losses whatsoever that the Buyer may suffer.

5. The Seller does not guarantee any listing with the major search engines as inclusion is beyond their control.

6. Ownership of the content of The Website transfers to the Buyer only after full payment.

7. The Buyer may not replicate, redistribute or resell the Website or the Website's software without the Sellers prior written consent.

8. The Website includes 12 months web hosting, UK domain renewal and e-mail services "Ongoing Services" to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer. Unless renewed by the Buyer the Ongoing Services will expire 364 days after the website goes live "The Expiry Date". The Seller will offer to renew the Ongoing Services on an annual basis by invoicing the Buyer in advance of the Expiry Date for the following year. The cost is £99 per year. If the Buyer does not pay the Seller within the period specified on the invoice, the Ongoing Services will cease on the Expiry Date and the website will no longer be hosted by the Seller.

9. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and the Buyer is not relying on any statements or representations made by the Seller.
